Free for teams of up to 3 users, forever. Above that, €5 a month for your whole team of up to 20 users, not per user. 21 to 100 users: €10 a month. Billed yearly, excluding VAT. Prefer to pay monthly? €5.75 and €11.50. No ads, on any plan.
What does it cost per user?
You pay per team, so the more colleagues join, the less it costs per person. 20 users = €60 a year for the whole team: that's less than €0.25 per user per month. Billed yearly:

You can also pay monthly: €5.75 (up to 20 users) or €11.50 (up to 100 users) a month, 15% more than yearly. Upgrades take effect immediately (you pay the difference for the rest of the period); downgrades from the next period. Teams of 4 or more users get a 30-day free trial with every feature, no card needed.
